Neodent® Helix GM® Long is part of the Grand Morse® Implant System and is specifically designed for severe atrophic maxilla cases requiring immediate-loading full-arch rehabilitation. Developed as a bicorticalization solution, the implant is intended to engage two cortical bone layers or denser cortical structures such as the nasal cavity wall and maxillary sinus wall, helping to enhance primary stability and surgical predictability. Its Helix® hybrid implant body combined with dynamic progressive threads is designed to maximise treatment efficiency and implant stability. The system features the original 16° Grand Morse® connection with a single prosthetic platform across all diameters. Available in 20 mm, 22.5 mm and 25 mm lengths with a NeoPoros surface, Helix GM® Long expands treatment possibilities for patients with severely resorbed maxillae.
