The Stoma® Concept of Bern Plastic Esthetic Surgery Set was developed in close collaboration with Prof. Dr. Dr. Anton Sculean, Director of the Clinic of Periodontology at the University of Bern, Switzerland. The set is specifically designed for periodontal and plastic-esthetic soft tissue surgery, including tunneling techniques, recession coverage procedures and soft tissue management around teeth and implants. It includes a selection of dedicated mini tunnel instruments, periosteal elevators, bone chisels and periodontal chisels organised in a dedicated instrument tray for efficient clinical handling. As part of the internationally recognised Concept of Bern, the set supports minimally invasive surgical approaches and precise soft tissue manipulation, helping clinicians perform advanced periodontal and mucogingival procedures with greater control and predictability.

The set is specifically designed for periodontal microsurgery and advanced soft tissue procedures that require exceptional precision and atraumatic handling. It includes a selection of microsurgical instruments such as micro scalpel blade holders, microsurgical tissue forceps, periosteal elevators, micro scissors and soft tissue grafting instruments, organised in a dedicated p.i.c.® tray. Developed within the internationally recognised Concept of Bern, the set supports delicate soft tissue manipulation, enhanced surgical control and predictable outcomes in modern periodontal and mucogingival microsurgical procedures.

The Stoma® Micro-Screw Kit is a dedicated bone fixation system designed for bone augmentation and regenerative dental procedures. The kit includes a p.i.c.® tray, 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm micro-screws in multiple lengths, dedicated drills, and screwdrivers for both manual and contra-angle use. Featuring a small screw-head design and high-strength steel alloy, the system provides reliable fixation of thin cortical bone grafts and bone shells while maintaining excellent handling characteristics. Widely used in lateral, horizontal, and 3D bone augmentation procedures, the micro-screw system is particularly suitable for narrow treatment sites where conventional fixation screws may be difficult to use. Its specialized material minimizes osseointegration, allowing easy screw removal after bone regeneration.
