Neodent® Grand Morse™ Guided Surgery – A Complete Digital Implant Surgery Solution
Digital dentistry continues to transform implant treatment by improving precision, predictability, and workflow efficiency. Neodent® Grand Morse™ Guided Surgery (GM NGS) was developed to support fully guided implant procedures through the integration of digital planning, surgical guides, and dedicated guided surgery instruments.
A Fully Digital Workflow
The GM NGS workflow consists of four key stages: diagnostic data acquisition, virtual treatment planning, surgical guide production, and guided implant surgery. CBCT scans and digital impressions are combined within planning software to determine optimal implant positioning based on patient anatomy and prosthetic objectives.
Once planning is finalized, a customized surgical guide is fabricated and used together with the GM NGS instrument system to support accurate osteotomy preparation and implant placement according to the digital treatment plan.
Flexible Sleeve System
GM NGS features three sleeve diameters designed to accommodate different implant sizes and clinical situations: Narrow (purple), Regular (blue), and Wide (green). This variety helps optimize sleeve positioning, minimize sleeve collisions in limited spaces, and improve flexibility during digital planning.
The system also offers two sleeve height options, H9 and H11, enabling clinicians to adapt treatment to varying soft tissue thicknesses and subcrestal implant placement requirements.
Dedicated Guided Surgery Instruments
The GM NGS Surgical Kit supports the complete Helix™ GM and Drive™ GM implant portfolio. Instruments are color-coded for intuitive identification and streamlined workflows. The kit is compatible with major guided surgery software platforms and supports both guided osteotomy preparation and guided implant insertion.
Guided drills are specifically designed for use with GM NGS sleeves and drill guides. Depth markings and physical stops help clinicians maintain control throughout the drilling sequence while supporting accurate execution of the surgical plan.
Fully Guided Implant Placement
GM NGS Connections enable fully guided implant insertion through the surgical guide. These components fit directly into the guide sleeves and provide physical depth control during implant placement. The consistent diameter between the implant and the connection also facilitates subcrestal placement when clinically indicated.
Additionally, Internal Exact orientation markings assist clinicians in identifying the prosthetic connection position, helping simplify restorative procedures after implant placement.
Predictability for Modern Implant Dentistry
By combining CBCT-based planning, customized surgical guides, dedicated guided instruments, and fully guided implant insertion, Neodent® Grand Morse™ Guided Surgery offers a comprehensive solution for modern digital implant workflows.
The system is designed to improve treatment accuracy, enhance clinical confidence, and support predictable outcomes across a wide range of implant indications. For clinicians seeking to incorporate digital guided surgery into daily practice, GM NGS provides a practical and efficient pathway toward advanced implant treatment.
